How to Gain Access to PPICS

The State Educational Agency (SEA) has the option to enter Grantee Profile and/or APR information themselves, or to have grantees enter the information. If a state chooses to enter information, then only the state-level user will access PPICS. Otherwise, grantees must log in to PPICS with a username and password.

If an SEA chooses to have grantees enter their own data, the state user only needs to add each grantee’s record—including e-mail—into PPICS. Once the state user has done this, the grantee receives a username and password via e-mail from Learning Point Associates, and can then log in to PPICS. If a given entity has more than one 21st CCLC grant, they will receive a separate PPICS username and password for each grant.
